Scowl Announce Headlining Summer Tour Dates

- By Ramon Gonzales -->

The run will feature support from Glixen and will include a play at the inaugural Unhinged Fest in Denver with Knocked Loose, Lamb of God, The Dillinger Escape Plan and more.

Last fall, Bay area standouts Scowl confirmed their signing with Dead Oceans, the progressive label home to the likes of Toro Y Moi, Khruangbin, Phoebe Bridgers, Mitski and many more.

The move served as an important transition for Scowl who earned universal acclaim for their 2023 full length, Psychic Dance Routine. Paired with the news of the band's new digs, Scowl delivered their first showing on Dead Oceans with the arrival of the single, "Special".

The band would launch the rollout for their Dead Oceans full length debut, Are We All Angels with a subsequent succession of walloping singles, including "Not Hell, Not Heaven", "B.A.B.E." and "Tonight (I'm Afraid)". With each preview, Scowl further built the anticipation of one of the most discussed albums of the year.

Set to release on April 4th, Scowl has added to the excitement of their new era with the announcement of a stretch of summer headlining dates. Kicking off July 16th in Las Vegas, NV., Scowl will take on a pair of festival stops with appearances at the inaugural Unhinged Festival in Denver on July 26th and a set on August 1st in St. Charles, IA for Hitnerland Fest.

Shoegaze standouts Glixen have been confirmed as support for the run of dates. Tickets will go on-sale the same day the band celebrates the release of Are We All Angels - April 4th.
