Watch the futuristic music video previewing the forthcoming Capitol Records debut, METAL FORTH.

Earlier this week, Kawaii metal trailblazers BABYMETAL announced their historic signing as the first-ever Japanese artist to sign a frontline deal with Capitol Records. The news was paired with the confirmation of BABYMETAL's next era with METAL FORTH, set to arrive June 13th. 

Adding to the anticipation of the new album, BABYMETAL confirmed a slew of collaboration tracks featured on the release including the previously released Electric Callboy anthem with "RATATATA" and the Tom Morello assisted, "METAL!!".

Among the more eagerly-awaited tracks featured on METAL FORTH, the joint effort between BABYMETAL and genre-flouting force Poppy was expected to produce fireworks. Previewing the pop-metal power packaged on the album, "from me to u" is an explosive collaboration that finds the two entities working in tandem to construct a wall of sound. 

A fusion of precision percussion and high-octane riffage contrast with spacey synth and the vocal collision of BABYMETAL's elegance and Poppy's explosiveness - the dynamics of the track create a layered, effective mesh that will no doubt become an anthem.  Complete with a futuristic music video, "from me to u" marks an auspicious start for the modern era of BABYMETAL. 

 

BABYMETAL will be leading their arena-sized spectacle for fans throughout Europe in 2025. Kicking off their first-ever arena tour throughout the EU/UK, the band will become the first Japanes artist ever to headline the iconic O2 Arena in London. 

Additionally, BABYMETAL will embark on a sprawling North American tour this summer which will feature support from Black Veil Brides, Jinjer and Bloodywood.

The run begins on same day METAL FORTH arrives, June 13th with a kickoff in Houston, TX. The tour wraps on July 23rd with a finale in Phoenix, AZ. A complete list of dates and cities can be found below. Get tickets - HERE
