God's Hate, Rotting Out, Xibalba, H2O and more To Perform California Wildfire Benefit

SOS Booking, the same specialists that head up hardcore'a annual For the Children initiative, have pooled together some of the Southland's best and most brutal to galvanize LA.

In the wake of the worst natural disaster to hit the Southland in generations, SOS Booking, the squad behind For the Children, has quickly converged to add some muscle to the rebuilding and recovery efforts. THIS IS LA: A Benefit For the California Fires is set to to place February 2nd at the Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles - the same location where For the Children reigns supreme every holiday season.

Pooling some of hardcore's more brutal and beloved bands on the same bill, THIS IS LA features a Southland-Centric line-up of artists all performing as a means of giving back to their community. Among the artists confirmed to play, God's Hate  along with Rotting Out, Xibalba, Strife, Downpresser, ZULU and Watch You Fall are all from the Southland. Though there is one exception, H20 is also confirmed on the bill, adding some serious muscle to the show and bringing in some added support from the East Coast.

Tickets for this special benefit event will go on sale starting January 22nd at 10am PT. Along with the announcement, SOS Booking relayed, "100% of proceeds will be donated to help rebuild our LA community. We will be accepting selective donations based on the current needs of the community."
