CANDY Delivers Second Studio Release of the Year via Triple B Records

CANDY Delivers Second Studio Release of the Year via Triple B Records

- By Ramon Gonzales

The 'Flipping' EP follows the acclaim of the full length 'It's Inside You' and heralds the band's upcoming run supporting thrash legends Exodus to close out the year.

Already furnishing one of the most dynamic heavy records of the year with 'It's Inside You', hardcore outliers CANDY have doubled down on their distinct brand of aggression with a second studio release just months apart.

Teaming with hardcore pillar Triple B Records, CANDY has shelled out six bombastic tracks on their Flipping EP. Anchored by the effective assault of tracks like "Football", CANDY continues to thrive on the fringe as one of metallic hardcore's most intensely innovative, emerging contributors.

Building on the controlled chaos and layered assault of It's Inside You, Flipping further showcases the band's stylistically abrasive songwriting arsenal, bolstered by the production of thee Kurt Ballou of the famed God Head Studios.

For CANDY, the unveiling of the latest EP follows their recent live campaign across North America with support from Jivebomb and Taraneh along with additional support from Extinguish, Gumm, and ZULU on select dates. On the strength of that run, the band will now embark on a lengthy trek of US and Canada throughout November and December, supporting legends, Exodus. The North American Disaster Tour will include addition support from Havok and Dead Heat.

The tour is set to begin November 2nd in Tampa, FL. and closes out December 7th in Los Angeles, CA. A complete list of dates and cities can be found below. Get tickets - HERE
